• Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery

• Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
• While we strive for prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time as this is determined by our courier partners.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your courier details and tracking information via email.

In-Store Collection

We are pleased to offer in-store collection for your convenience.

• Collection Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Collections are strictly by appointment only.

Once your order has been confirmed, a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a convenient collection date and time.

When collecting your order, please bring your order confirmation email (either printed or displayed on your mobile device) for verification.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, kindly notify us as soon as possible so that we can arrange an alternative collection time.

Courier Delays

Although we work with trusted courier partners, delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays or unforeseen circumstances caused by the courier company once your order has been dispatched.
