At Eastern Wear by Kersh, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We take great care in inspecting every item before it is dispatched from India and again upon arrival in South Africa to ensure you receive the highest quality products.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any clothing, jewellery, or sale items.
Exchanges
If you wish to request an exchange, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing orders@easternwearbykersh.com.
Once your email has been received, our team will contact you with the exchange procedure. All items must be returned in their original packaging, together with all accessories and items originally included in the parcel.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our exchange requirements. If approved, your replacement item will be dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Store Credit
If you do not find a suitable item to exchange your purchase for at the time your exchange is approved, we will gladly issue you with store credit to the value of your approved exchange.
Your store credit can be used towards any future purchase on our website and does not expire.
Please note that store credit is the only form of credit offered. No cash refunds, bank transfers, or other forms of reimbursement will be provided.
Package Opening Video
To help us resolve any issues quickly, we kindly request that customers record a video while opening their package. This will assist us in the unlikely event that an item is missing, damaged, or defective. Without a package opening video, we may be unable to process claims relating to missing or damaged items.
